Spend the bucks for some real assembly lube. I've had good success with the Yamaha version when building Sportster motors. Suzuki moly paste should be okay, but there are better, less expensive versions out there. Yes, you will need to change the oil. Assembly lube and associated grit from the break-in period get real abrasive, and real quickly.
